ECCBC promotes the collaboration of local partners in early care and education through the Early Care and Education Quality Improvement Programs Committee.

The committee's vision is to continually improve a systematic process for children, families and early care and education providers, schools and key community members to support "school readiness" by enhancing the quality of learning available to all children from six weeks to five years old.
