The purpose of the PASO Project is to ensure the school readiness of Latino children, birth to five years of age.

Goal #1
To increase the quality of early learning services for Latino children so that they will enter school ready to learn.

Goal #2
To increase Latino parental involvement and effectiveness with their children’s early learning at home and at school.

Goal # 3
To facilitate the development and build the capacity of a community-based training model for ICC (informal child care) providers with resource sharing, linkages, support, qualified personnel, and local planning.
